Well this weekend got 10lb brisket, 14lbs spare ribs and a 15lb boston butt. Smoked cooked 1/2 the brisket @ 225 for 5hrs. Wrapped and smoked 3 hrs more. Let sit for 30 mins.
Smoked cooked spsre ribs @ 225 for 7 hrs. Wrapped and put in freg. Reheated in cs @ 200 for 3 hrs.
Have not smoked cooked ANYTHING with my cs SM025 that wasn't out of this world. Will not cook on anything else. I'm a true CS smoke cooker.
