Looks like you have lots of choices!!!

You could smoke PBs and FTC, then cook ribs.

You could smoke PBs, foil for a while in smoker to keep from over smoking, while smoking ribs after adding wood.

You could use less wood to smoke PBs and add 2ozs of wood while you smoke ribs.

PBs are very forgiving on heat, smoke doesn't penetrate very deep, and the bark is mixed with the pulled meat.

Lots of choices, keep good notes!
Due to the hockey game being pushed back, I now have a lot more time to prep, so I will FTB butts and then do the ribs. Actually just put them in. Was a little concerned about the AQ being preheated but it was open long enough when I pulled out the butts that the temp was down there. Replenished the wood and am 30 mins into the ribs. Smells divine around here.

Cornbread made, coleslaw made, filling for ABTs made, sauces made the other day (Roxy's mustard and a "regular" KC style). Also going to make deep-fried pickles and homemade tortilla chips for a taco dip (well, the tortillas are not homemade...). Also having salt potatoes. I love eating!
