got maybe a 2 pound end of a flat i made last weekend. cooked it to slice temp, can i throw it back on for a few hours and and get it super tender and make pulled brisket for sameches?????
Yes...no problem. But, I would wrap in foil and add some beef broth to the packet. These things dry out VERY quickly so when re-heating you need to add some moisture.
Thanks Stogie got the brisket on now with the broth with any luck im gonna use some of that for the recipie contest....also got 4 game hens i just got done brining gonna smoke those up the butt, hmmmmmmmmm dinner is gonna be good
Conway BBQ in Orlando pulls their brisket and that is the only way they serve their beef. They serve it just like a jumbo pork sandwich. I have heard of people pulling some of the more awkward pieces on the brisket.
