Charbroiler Griddle Plate

I searched but didn't find anything in the forums. Any of you restaurant folks out there ever look into replacing a few grates on your Fast Eddy Charbroiler with a flat griddle ? I'd like to find a 'flat top' griddle that fits to replace some grates, rather than put it on top of grates (closer to heat source and a cleaner look).
