Now I know that this forum is pretty much for the Cookshack and I do own one and also own a Weber Smoky Mountain smoker which is lovingly referred to as a WSM.

I am a fan of the Charles Dickens classic "A Christmas Carol". I have made a Christmas dinner similar to what Bob Crachit and family enjoyed and have done this on a WSM. I posted this on my website at BBQSmythe
Note sure how to do this in a Cookshack but this may be achievable in the FEC brand of smokers as they can get a higher temperature. This is especially required for the pudding which I include the recipe for. Its not easy making a traditional english pudding.

I posted this for anyone's interest and enjoyment as it is the Christmas season and I wish and hope a wonderful Christmas for all!

Way to go in the diet Preston. I have used the same diet since March 2004 and so far have lost 145 lbs! Im walking 4 miles a day (weather permitting) and feel better than I have in at least 30 years! Just remember.. all that weight DIDNT get put on in a day and it wont come off as easy. But the benefits are very clear to me.

Hi Cadillac,
Well I have been off the diet for some time now and desperately need to go back on, I will definitely hit it right after the holidays so no excuses for me!

Hope all enjoy the Christmas Carol, timely for the season!

Hi Russ, yeah I stole the rib picture cause I couldnt get a good picture of my ribs with my digital camera at the time but if I remember right I did give credit where credit is due!

Merry Christmas!
Preston
