Drilled a hold in the bottom right of the 08...put in a 1 inch steel pipe extruding about 2 inches. drilled a hole in the top of a smokey joe grill and put in a pipe. bought a hot plate, put in smokey joe with a steel pan. loaded pan with hickory and turned hot plate on med. high. Joe and the 08 are connected with a clear plastic tube. Smoke is flying into the CS. temp inside about 83. leaving fish on for 12 hours.
