seems adding six days to everyone that guessed prior to the outage is pretty fair. that may make me close though, which would be an outrage for someone that dislikes the sooners.

rgecaprock is indicated in the directory at member #5025, but is actually the 5000th registered (remember, we've lost a few members).
By my calculations:
July 13 9am AAAStinkie is the winners as his entry was only off by 2hours 7 min.
There were several others on the 13th, but AAA is the closest.
