Here's a little input on how the new Cookshack/FastEddy finished up the year, down here.

The last cookoff of the year the team was 1st in chicken: [you know how much time we talk about getting chicken right].

Fourth in ribs:
Second in brisket:

Reserve grand Champ.

They also were third out of a possible 159 teams for Team of The Year honors.

Not bad for a new untested cooker and a cook that had never used one.

Thanks. The rest of the story. The last three cooks Bill & the Dixie Chicks did just fine on my FE 100. One Grand Champ, one Reserve, and a third over all.
