Cookshack model 009 tripping breaker

My cookshack model 009 is tripping my breaker. I forgot to put the cover on it and it got rained on very heavily. I have removed the top and back panel and the insulation is soaked.

Anyone else had this happen? What did you do?

I'm going to let it dry out the reassemble it.

It is pretty simple,so do what you are doing.

Some things benefit from a hairdryer.

Is it a regular circuit or a GFCI?

How long have you had it?

If the unit is new, the insulation should not be wet, can you determine how it got wet?

Sounds like the moisture might be grounding the electrics and popping the circuit.

Call CS on Monday, they'll take care of you.

Yes it is a GFI but I checked the circuit and it is operating properly. The unit got wet when the cover was left off and it was rained on heavily. The unit is about 3 years old. I'm letting it dry out and will reassemble it later after it dries out. I'm pretty sure it is a moisture problem.
