Cookshack pellets & BBQ Delight Flavored Logs

This is a direct question to J-pouchman, but in the spirit of the Forum, I would appreciate anyones response.

J-pouchman - in a previous topic, you said you used "Cookshack pellets & BBQ Delight flavored wood logs to enhance the wood flavors". I have a FEC 750 and was considering doing the same thing. Would you mind sharing how you do this?

I think it would be a waste in a 750. The 750 has 3 burners and as such puts out plenty of smoke. The FEC100 only have one burner.

The extra burners actually will put more smoke flavor on your food without the need for more logs.
