last year I bought A bucket of corned beef cure
it's made of salt,dextrose, garlic, instacure powder. it says to cure for 3 days per inch, I did this last year and when I cut the brisket in half it had A uncured center. my question is can I leave the meat longer like 10 days.... what will happen, will the meat fall apart or will it just be better?? thanks in advance.
