Man I cooked some delicious ribs! small pack 7-9 individual "country style" pork ribs. First I rubbed them down with CS Rib Rub - just minutes before I placed them in the smoker, typically I would have preferred to refrigerat for a few hours, then I cooked with 2 chuncks of Hickory, placed them in a smokette and turned it on set at 225, 3 hours and 40 minutes later (on top rack) my thermometer (poulder) read 170, I pulled them out wrapped double wrapped in foil and sauced with "Bronco Bobs smoke bacon chipotle" after saucing I gave them 30 minutes. let set for 15 minutes and they were out of this world! delicious pork ribs!
