Hi Everyone,

Today I bought 2 pork shoulders in a cryo pack. And 1 Angus Brisket from my regular place. I just opened the shoulders and discoverd that both shoulders were missing the bone : (
I have never had a shoulder with out the bone.

Will it take the same amount of time?
Also will it lose moisture because they cut out the bone?

I hope that it's as good as all of the others that I have done.

Why would the bone be missing from both shoulders?
