Has anyone tried the cs bbq dry bbq sauce powder which you can either mix in with your own sauce or reconstitute to make sauce.please let me know what you think thanks fumo
I bought a jar of it, but have not tried to reconstitute it with the recipe that comes with it. All I do with it is sprinkle it on dry to my pulled pork, just as you might add salt or pepper, and then add whatever sauce I feel like. It only takes a very light sprinkle to give your meat a nice subtle zing. (It's the same zing that you get when using CS's Spicy Sauce).
