HEY SMOKIN
I USED THE BRISKET RUB ON THREE RACKS OF BABY BACKS AND THEY TURNED OUT GREAT.
I RUBED THEM DOWN FAIRLY HEAVY THEN LET SET FOR APROX
TWO HOURS. THEN PUT ON MY FEC 100 AT 225 FOR FOUR HOURS. I DID NOT SPRAY THEM AT ALL AND THEY CAME OUT PLENTY MOIST. TRY AND ENJOY.

Smokin- I haven't tried using the brisket rub on ribs before , but I do use the rib rub and spicy chicken rub together all the time. In fact I did 4 racks of BB today and we just finished chowing down, they were wonderful!

Thanks Trucky,
I've combined CS rib rub and spicy chicken rub on butts with very good results. I'll give it a try on 1 or 2 racks tomorrow.

Thanks Guys!
I'm doin 6 racks in my 050 tommorow.
Going to rub 2 racks each:
1. CS Rib Rub
2. 2/3 CS Rib Rub & 1/3 Spicey Chicken Rub
3. CS Brisket Rub

Apply the rub tomorrow morning. Wrap with plastic and put them in the fridge for about 6 hours. Then into the smoker with 2 oz. of apple and 2 oz. hickory @ 210 deg. for 4 hours

I'll post my results after the games.

JD
