So I ordered up a big bag of Oakridge's new Carne Crosta and a couple other small bags of rub a few weeks ago. Was waiting and waiting... Didn't show up. Had to go out of town for a week, so I figured it would be there when my mail delivery resumed. Still didn't show up. Called up and it turns out there was a mixup and they never shipped it out. Were very apologetic in an email and was very gracious and said he'd throw in some extra rub.

I was figuring they'd throw in some extra sample size packets that they sell. No sireee... Showed up today, they upgraded the small bags of rub to the large bags. Now that's taking care of your customers! Kind of like Cookshack does.

Thanks guys! Not necessary, but very much appreciated!
