Dehydrator

I know most of you smoke your jerky, but I still use my dehydrator a lot of the time.

I have the 80liter one from cabelas, works great. I was at the Wheeling Wv store today and in the bargain cave is the big 160 liter unit with a dent or two and a couple of scratchs. A $400.00 unit for $173.00 and if yoiu ask you may get a better deal. I picked up a $200.00 motor for my stuffer for 80 bucks, all i need is a bolt or 2.

I thought i would post this here, incase someone was close and was interested in one.

Nothing wrong with a dehydrator. You could even smoke, then dehydrate.
