somehow between 6 full briskets, 6 bbback racks and 2 sausage loops I filled my grease pan. I hate that! I usually use a disposable foil pan as an insert so I can track the whole thing, but now I have a dripping, spilling mess.
Has anyone come up with an oversized drain pan or put a tap or valve stem on theirs? I would think as long as it's at least 1/2 inch in diameter it would drain easily and be useful midway through a cook.
any other good iseas?
