I don't usually get up this early on a Sunday without a Formula 1 race, but I got a good deal on some fresh local spareribs yesterday so I made an exception. Loaded the wood box last night. Fixed up some potato salad, slaw, and beans too. 6:00am saw me up and triming the ribs. Threw on some rub, started the smoker to let it preheat, and 30min later the ribs are in and smoking nicely. I plan on being sooooooooo happy later on today. Cutting meat in the morning puts me in a sharing mood.
