Fast Eddy PelletGrill delivered

The pellet grill was delivered yesterday at noon. Took about 1 hr to assemble. One should really use 2 people to assemble. The shelf uses 10 self tapping screws. hard to hold the shelf and drive the screws at the same time.

Did acorn squash on top shelf and chicken drummies on the indirect side. Seared the chicken just a little towards the end.

Trying a pizza tonight. See how that goes.
