Looking to get some new equipment for my smoking/grilling/cooking and wanted to see what some of everyone’s favorite tools, pans, toys, pots, thermometers, knives, etc. we’re. Really looking to see what everyone uses other than their grill/cooker to get some recommendations for some gifts for the upcoming holiday season. Please name the product if there is something you really like. I am looking for specific products that you guys like.

thanks in advance for any help
Strictly meat related since I smoke and grill.
Old Hickory Knives. USA made and inexpensive. A nice 5 piece assortment can be found for less than $80, great for outdoors use. LEM Big Bite grinder and LEM MaxVac. Edlund tongs. Thermoworks thermapen.
A-Maz-N Smoker Tube. I cook wings on the grill for crisp skin and the tube lets me get just enough smoke on them.
Frog mats and gloves are helpful.
ThermoWorks products. I have their Smoke 4X, and Thermopen. Good tongs, I like the OXO Good Grips. I also like their basting brush's. Good knives. I like the Victorinox knives. Gloves, when I am handling cold to warm products I use disposable nitrile gloves. When I am handling hot meat, I use a cotton knit glove and then wear nitrile gloves over them.
I've got a 16 inch Edlund tong. Very nice. And several thermoworks products, OXO scale, and Old Hickory knives. Top notch.
Polar Ware tongs, 12'' & 16'', very sturdy stainless steel I picked up many years ago. Just treated myself to a Shun boning knife. Damascus-looking blade. Sharpest knife I've ever owned.
