Please help. At a comp blowing the circuits. I plug in and instantly blows the gfi and breaker. I disconnected the heating element and it still does it. Anyone have any ideas?

are you hooking the FEC directly to the power?
Or are you running to a trailer or other source?
You are right ignitor (purple wire) is usually the culprit.

if you keep plowing circuits its usually the ignitor is out. unplug it and just use fire gel to get the pellets started. once started turn fec 100 one. just don't turn her off. lol.
Thanks for the reply's. It was doing it with the igniter disconnected. I tried plugging straight into the power source which is an electrical service and it still did it. Another team loaned me their generator and it worked fine plugged into that. Looks like I'm buying a generator.

If you disconnected the ignitor then call CS. You have a grounding issue. Probably a loose wire touching. They can help solve the issue.
