Hello, all you wonderful pitmasters and pitmistresses.
Been probin around the site for a while, and am looking at becoming a Cookshack or FastEddy's owner.
Been using the ole 55 gallon drum and a Brinkman pitmaster deluxe, getting tired of all the ashes and from all the posts I've been reading the
" Cookshack " units seem the way to go!!
Anyone in the Phx area that would care to share a bone or 2 as my final decision will be based on the taste and texture of the finished product. Also wondering if the FEC100 or the CS250 be a good unit to start a bq joint with? Thanx for any input and hoping someone here in PHX will let me pick a bone with them!!!!
