Bought a 500 last fall for catering. Took it to Springfield this weekend. 2nd ribs (Missed 1st by .0003), 10th pork, 6th overall out of 55. Not our best effort ever, but so much easier, and far more consistent.
In reviewing my turn in photos, I blew chicken with a stupid mistake - took what should have been a top 5 and turned it into a 14th. The beef was just a bit too salty - had to try something different and should not have.
