I foil and clean my cooker well,after fish,and have never had a problem with smell.

That said,I maintain the standard predjudice against cooking fish with other product.

Many folks like to put butts over brisket,to baste.

Chicken would usually go on the bottom,because of the ugly drippin's.

Most don't cook ribs with heavy meats,but I suppose I'd put them on top.
