Follow up on Turkey legs....

Well the folks at worked really enjoyed the Smoked Teradactyl looking Turkey legs I prepared on my wonderful Cookshack. I basically just heated them up in electric roasting ovens and it seemed to be fine.

The legs themselves were great. My only suggestion would be not to get the biggest legs you can find. Two reasons..1) The meat wasn't the best on the bigger legs and 2.) Huge tendons in the bigger legs...some people were wondering if there was an extra finger or something in the leg. Other than that, they were fantastic!
