I have a cooked 7lb butt vacuum sealed and frozen in a Food Saver bag. When I go to re-heat it, can it be left in the bag while it's in the oven / smoker or should it be removed? I usually boil smaller portions in the bag to re-heat with no problem. I thought maybe I could just wrap the butt, bag and all in foil. I checked the Food Saver site but didn't see any info about the heat tolerance for the bags. Anyone have any ideas?
