I finally plunked down my $20 with Amazon and bought this book. It's money well spent for anyone dedicated to the fine details of Aaron's journey, beginning at Louis Mueller's in 2003 to his present status as #1 Brisket Wizard. In fact, about 75% of the book speaks to the incredible details he observes.

Recipes are limited but he provides you the essential recipes for the meats, sides and sauces he offers at Franklins.

It's a very good read and will help just about any dedicated backyard BBQ'r step up his or her game.
