I just bought some St. Louis cut ribs at Costco which are still in the cryovac. Was going to make them this weekend, but plans have changed. I wonder how long I can keep in freezer before the flavor is compromised?
I do it all the time. I'm sure it may make a small difference to some tasters but what other choice do you have. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. I don't worry about it much. I have kept some frozen for months
