From amateur to a pro in just one day!

Well not really, but I can tell you this. I have not tasted anything smoked by a pro that was better than the pork butt I cooked yesterday in my Smokette.

I thought that all the bragging I read on this forum was probably being posted by people and their families or other people that were somehow connected with Cookshack.

Well I was wrong. That's twice now, my mind must be failing in my old age.
