Fry Gloves

Check out a local Restaurant Supply store every major city has one. But don't blame me if you go there and buy more than just gloves.

Other option I use is regular cotton gloves that I put rubber gloves over. Little more dexterity with these.

If you are just carrying hot briskets,shoulders,etc,neoprene, like these, are used by a lot of cooks.

Usually around $6 at most big box stores.

You might look into my other option. Cotton gloves with rubber food service gloves over them. What I like about this (I was the original fry glove guy) is they are much, much more usable since they aren't as stiff.

I buy both in bulk at my food service store.

But still use my Fry gloves too

And for us lazy cooks,you don't have to wash the throw a ways.

We find the black neoprene gloves a pretty good compromise,to lay on top of the cookers,to grab meats in the dark,etc.
