I meant to post this a few days ago but I have not been online much this week.

I posted a few weeks ago how I got my parents to take the plunge and buy a smokette. After two weeks of owning they finally needed to use all three racks and to their dismay one of the grill grates was broken. My mom sent an email to cookshack and asked if she could exchange the broken grill for a new one. I called her the next day to ask what happened and she told me they had not responded. I assured her that cookshack is top notch in customer service but I was slightly worried. I called early the next morning and she said she still had not received a reply so I told her later that night I would write cookshack an email also to make sure they got my mom's. Anyway, to make a long story short, my mom called back about 10 minutes later and said UPS had just delivered her a brand new grill grate. They were pretty impressed with the no hassle, overnight service you provided them. Thanks a lot Cookshack! I recommend you guys everywhere I go and you have yet to disappoint.
