AndyJ, Did you smoke the camel burger or grill it, or a combo of both??

For my beef burgers, I always think a little smoke time followed by a little grilling to finish it up is the way to go. (A pellet grill helps accomplish that.)

Just seasoned it up a bit and onto the grill.
