Just watched tonight's episode. Upscale "barbecue"! Hahaha!! Not a smoker in sight! Deep fried chicken, burgers, oven ribs.. Hahahaha!!!

Couple years ago I watched an Emeril Live episode where he prepared a brisket on a range top smoker, telling people it's done when the temp reaches 165. Wonder how many folks on the set lost fillings or teeth trying to chew on that meat 
I'm a Hell Kitchen fan, love seeing those cooks mess up.
Don't forget about the Kitchen Nightmares were he went in an redesigned a BBQ joint (South Bend I think) and he even created a BBQ sauce for him.
I laugh every time I think about a British Chef trying to improve BBQ... LOL
