I am new to the forum and do not have a Cookshack yet. I am debating between the SM009 and the Amerique. I know there is a lot of difference in price but I am leaning toward the Amerique. Are there any owners of both or previous 009 owners that have upgraded shortly after? Any comments would be welcome.
