I will be a new FE owner (when it's delivered) and I thought I would introduce myself.
My name is Erik, and I am team captain for Cockeye BBQ out of Warren, Ohio.
We compete in half a dozen contests a year or so, usually cooking on our Big Green Eggs, or BWS Competitor. We're definitely looking forward to getting acquianted with our new smoker, and I'll try to participate in the forum when I have something to add, or a question that hasn't already been addressed.
