No time to brine but need to smoke two turkeys tomorrow...Thoughts anyone???

Just follow turkey 101 skipping the brine step. Actually, you're not smoking til tomorrow, so you still have some time to brine.
One way I have done things quicker in the past is to inject the brine 24 hours before smoking instead of letting the turkeys sit in the brine for 48. I inject two ounces of brine in each side of the breast and two ounces spread between leg quarter.

If you don't brine, make sure you watch the temps close in the breast, so not to over cook.
Might try spraying the breast with some type of olive oil or butter flavor Pam. It will help seal in the juices.

Brining is not a requirement. Just do what the guys suggested. Key is finishing temp for a quality turkey
