Help with our CB48

recently purchased a unit, loved it at first

after two weeks we are having issues
despite cleaning the fire pots out after each use we are experiencing this unit not lighting consitantly

when it does burn it jams with pellets and they burn all the way up the ramp

called a few times but havent heard back from anyone regarding the issue

any insight

sorry Chef for your issues. I know you made a huge investment in this piece of equipment and need it to work best. I have no experience with the CBs, but lots of experience with the forum and with the cookshack company. They will see you thru this and it will be better than expected. Hang in there.
