High Mountain Jerky Cure **in large quantity

I called High Mountain today and the lady informed me that they sold Jerky Cure in volumn. The cost is $50 plus shipping They say the cure will do 350 pounds of muscle meat.

I thought others might be interested in the volumn savings. The lady told me it stored well if kept in an air tight container.

Is the spice and cure in seperate containers or is it now offered pre-mixed ?

I am under the opinion that the volumn purchase is shipped in some sort of large plastic bags. if I undrstood the lady correctly, the spices and cure is not mixed together. But, I'm not absolutely sure about that.

I am concerned about the shelf life, but the lady told me it stored well if kept in air tight containers.
