Holding Temperature?

Just curious, I cant find anywhere what the approximate holding temperature is after probe cooking, on AmeriQue specifically, does anybody know? Thanks Mike

mine will stay @ 140'
never had a problem & I do alot of night cooking. Must admit momma ain't happy with me hoggin' the covers.
