Howdy,demerrell.

If the question is how long the butt will be good, held in a heat source like a CS at 140�,you can probably hold it over night.

You would want to add some apple juice,plastic wrap and foil it.

Unwrap,reseason and crank back up to about 250� for about 45 mins. before pulling.

I would probably just pull it, break it down,bag it,cool and reheat it-if any longer than Jim suggested on the cooler method.
