after a contest, how do ya'll clean out the hopper. thanks in advance

swamp, here is what we do every week and no it's not for contests just every use shut down procedure. we take a shop vac and vacuum out the hopper and fire box. we also remove all foil and wash the grids and hanger. the interior is wiped down with a lemon juice and water mix and everything is dried out,refoiled and reinstalled. due to this i am thinking of taking my tax return and investing in reynolds aluminum. might seem excessive but man does my health inspector love it
