cheap olive oil, drizzled over legs
Cookshack Rib Rub, sprinkled generously
put in fridge overnight
assemble legs in 2 EZlegs racks
put 2 oz. apple wood in smokebox
smoke/cook at 225* for 3.5 hours
turn up to 250* for 30 minutes
drizzle with Texas Pete's buffalo sauce
