Im not over it yet and it's 3 Cookshack smokers later.
Your family and friends will always want to eat your cooking.
Friends at work will ask you what you smoked this weekend, and want to know if you have any left overs.
Your boss might even let you expense it when you cook for meetings at work Wink
The taste of true low and slow wood smoked bbq is awesome.
Thank you to all of the realy great people on this fourm and at Cookshack Smiler
This has become a big part of my life.

It slows down when the wife says "No more BBQ, I'm tired of eating it every day for three months." We had chicken and dumplings one day last week. I guess I will have to stop smoking 20 lbs of meat per cooking, for only two people. Big Grin Anyway! I'm out of freezer bags for the Foodsaver.

The chicken wasn't smoked for the dumplings? Terrible!

My wife makes the best white beans and I always wonder how they would be smoked when I am eating them with her sweet cornbread and fried tators and onions. I also wonder how the onions would be smoked, then fried with the tators!

Cool
