I'm thinking about ordering a FEC100. How long of a wait is there to get a unit? Also, Can you pick it up in Ponca City?

I would call them on the 800 number and as far as picking it up If I rember right you have to pay sales tax if you ship it you just have to pay the freightagain I think.
I ordered two from The Westcoast Store. It took about three to four weeks to get delivery and shipping was included in the purchase price. I also ordered two sets of ribs racks at the same time, and Hans included them on the same shipment at no charge. I just ordered two covers which I should have bought originally, and he only charged the shipping charge for one. Still waiting for the covers, but they are outsourced by Cookshack, and they are at the mercy of their supplier.

The controllers are to be believed when we see them in our hands. The IQ3 was announced in the March 1st news letter shipping that month (March 2006). There have been numerous delays and missed promised ship dates. The latest promise is mid October. Just another in a long line of it will ship next month statements. On an unrelated unsuccesful wait on hold today I heard it's now the "IQ4" controller shipping soon. The communication with customers has been minimal at best.
