I know its done when its done but and Ive Smoked a Turkey Before But it was small.... and I know a smaller one is best butttttt i could resist the 19lb er. So about how long for a Brined, 19 lb, 250 degree in a Amerique....
I was going to alot for about 20 min per pound with a 1 1/2 hour hold and 20min rest......
