Going to see my "step-son" (young man that I mentor) this weekend. He's in MI, training with US Rowing collegiate team. They leave next week to represent the US at World University Games in Seoul, Korea and I'm doing a pulled pork dinner dinner Saturday night. Will be smoking here in Piitsburgh and reheating there. Read another post about freezing in 2.5 gallon bags and reheating in hot water; thinking that's my plan unless suggested otherwise.

Question: how many lbs. of pork would you folks reco to smoke? Any thoughts on how much cole slaw and marinated veg salad?
Any input greatly appreciated. Some leftovers is good, not enough is bad.
