the biggest thing i worry about is health insurance. or the lack thereof.. we have chatted with a few different companies, but none of them were even close to being affordable. if there are any insurance tycoons out there reading this, take notes. there are thousands of us out there, small mom and pop places that cant afford hundreds per month for health insurance. when i was managing big corporate, i was only paying 50 a month for it. somehow, we should all get together, like a union of sorts, and invite big insurance to cover the mass. plus, there would be so many other advantages of such a union. maybe even power buying, retirement, advertising,
endless possibilities.....but where to get started?

To address the challenge of unaffordable health insurance for small businesses, consider forming a collective bargaining entity to negotiate group rates with insurance providers. This approach could leverage the collective purchasing power of small businesses, potentially resulting in lower premiums and better coverage options. Additionally, seek legal and financial advice, engage with insurance providers, and build community support to make this initiative successful.
