IQ4 LCD Issues

I am doing an overnight smoke tonight with my FEC2000, but sometime within the past hour my LCD display on the IQ4 thermostat controller stopped working properly. The right 1/2 of the LCD readout is not displaying anything at all, and the left 1/2 of the readout is only visible from a severe side angle. I can tell that text is still scrolling across, so the controller still appears to be working, and the display is still backlit. Because the right 1/2 of the display is not readable, however, I cannot see the displayed cooking temperature.

I thought about doing a reset, but I'm afraid to in the middle of cooking because if the LCD fails to work properly after the reset, then I have no way of knowing what temperature the unit is set to. Any suggestions?

Just an update on the situation--this morning I decided to try a reset of the controller since I was towards the end of the cooking process, and the reset fixed the display. It is now working with no problems. Hope this helps someone else who might have the same problem!
