Too many cocktails were involved, so I never got a chance to take pics. But I love jerk chicken and jerk pork, so I figured I'd make jerk ribs for a get together this evening. Rather than a traditional rub I put on a "jerk rub", then after the ribs were done, I threw them on the grill for about 10 minutes and slathered them with a Jerk sauce. Got rave reviews from all who tried them. Definite jerk flavor, but I cut back on the heat just a bit since not every one likes heat as much as I do. I left the heat in the "Agent Orange" hot sauce I made.

Will definitely make them again.
